Prerequisites

• Tarrian's Soulcleaver on the battlefield
• Herd Baloth on the battlefield
• Thermopod on the battlefield
• You have a way to put a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth

Steps

1. Put a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth
2. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a 4/4 Beast creature token
3. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing the Beast, adding
4. When the Beast dies, Tarrian's Soulcleaver triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth
5. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a 4/4 Beast creature token
6. Repeat from step 3

Results

• Infinite LTB
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite sacrifice triggers
• Infinite death triggers
• Infinite red mana
• Infinite +1/+1 counters on Herd Baloth
