Steps

1. Cast Herd Baloth by paying its mana cost
2. When Herd Baloth enters, Railway Brawler triggers, putting +1/+1 counter(s) on Herd Baloth Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token
3. When the creature token enters, Railway Brawler triggers, putting +1/+1 counter(s) on it
4. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing the creature token
5. When the creature token dies, Reyhan triggers, putting +1/+1 counter(s) on Herd Baloth Repeat steps 3 and 4 once
6. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability
7. Repeat from step 5
