Steps

1. Cast Undying Malice by paying , targeting Kairi
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Kairi, adding
3. Kairi dies, triggering its ability granted by Undying Malice and its other ability
4. Resolve the first Kairi trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped with a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Resolve the second Kairi trigger, causing you to mill six cards and return Undying Malice from your graveyard to your hand
6. Repeat
