Phylactery Lich, and Assault Suit

Prerequisites

• Phylactery Lich on the battlefield
• Assault Suit on the battlefield
• Assault Suit attached to Phylactery Lich
• A player does not control a permanent with a phylactery counter on it

Steps

1. If needed, give control of Phylactery Lich to an opponent who controls no permanents with a phylactery counter on them
2. When Phylactery Lich's controller controls no permanents with a phylactery counter on them, Phylactery Lich triggers, causing them to sacrifice it
3. However, Phylactery Lich cannot be sacrificed due to Assault Suit
4. Phylactery Lich triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw
