Steps

1. Cast Whitemane Lion by paying and 2 life due to Defiler of Faith and Oketra's Monument
2. Defiler of Faith and Oketra's Monument trigger
3. Resolve the Defiler of Faith trigger, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
4. When the Soldier enters, Kambal triggers, causing you to gain life
5. Resolve the Oketra's Monument trigger, creating a 1/1 Warrior creature token
6. When the Warrior enters, Kambal triggers, causing you to gain life
7. Resolve Whitemane Lion
8. When it enters, it and Kambal trigger
9. Resolve the Whitemane Lion trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand
10. Resolve the Kambal trigger, causing you to gain life
11. Repeat
