Archon of Emeria, and Eye of the Storm

Prerequisites

• Archon of Emeria on the battlefield
• Eye of the Storm on the battlefield

Steps

1. Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, Eye of the Storm triggers, exiling that spell
2. Because Archon of Emeria prevents players from casting more than one spell each turn, players cannot cast the spell permitted by Eye of the Storm, or any other spell that turn

Results

• Exile all instant and sorcery spells players cast
• Players can only cast one spell per turn
