Steps

2. Activate Ghave's first activated ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from any creature, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token
3. Activate Ghave's last ability by paying and sacrificing a Saproling token
4. Mazirek triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creatures you control
5. Resolve the Ghave ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on Crystalline Crawler
6. Repeat
