Prerequisites

• Jace's Archivist on the battlefield
• Mind Over Matter on the battlefield
• Jace's Archivist does not have summoning sickness
• You control a permanent that can tap to produce at least
• A player has at least three cards in hand

Steps

1. Activate any mana-producing permanent you control by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Jace's Archivist by paying and tapping it, causing each player to discard their hand and draw cards equal to the greatest number of cards discarded this way
3. Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding two cards, untapping Jace's Archivist and the mana-producing permanent
4. Repeat

Results

• Infinite draw triggers for all players
• Infinite rummaging for all players
• Infinite self-discard triggers for all players
• Near-infinite mana permanents you control can produce
