Steps
- If Runaway Steam-Kin has at least three +1/+1 counters on it, activate Runaway Steam-Kin by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, adding
- Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying
- Haze of Rage's storm ability and Runaway Steam-Kin trigger
- Resolve the Runaway Steam-Kin trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
- Resolve the Haze of Rage trigger, copying it for each spell cast before it this turn
- Resolve all Haze of Rages
- Repeat
