Prerequisites

• Magnanimous Magistrate on the battlefield
• Pir, Imaginative Rascal on the battlefield
• Pollenbright Druid on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• At least three reprieve counters on Magnanimous Magistrate

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Pollenbright Druid
2. Magnanimous Magistrate triggers, causing you to remove two counters from it and return Pollenbright Druid from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Pollenbright Druid enters the battlefield, proliferate, putting two reprieve counters on Magnanimous Magistrate
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing any player to mill a card
5. Repeat
