• Gonti's Aether Heart on the battlefield
• Bloodthirster on the battlefield
• Creatures you control cannot be blocked by an opponent

Steps

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Saheeli triggers, causing you to pay to create a token copy of Bloodthirster that is a 5/5 artifact creature with haste
2. When the Bloodthirster token enters the battlefield, Gonti's Aether Heart and Guide of Souls trigger, causing you to get and gain 1 life
3. Deal combat damage to an opponent using the Bloodthirster token
4. The token triggers, causing you to untap it and to get an additional combat phase after this one
5. Repeat each combat phase
