Prerequisites

• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Oathsworn Vampire on the battlefield
• Blight Mound on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Oathsworn Vampire, adding
2. When Oathsworn Vampire dies, Blight Mound triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Pest, adding
4. When the Pest dies, it triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
5. Cast Oathsworn Vampire from your graveyard by paying
6. Repeat
