Prerequisites

• Battlemage's Bracers on the battlefield
• Axebane Guardian on the battlefield
• Tidewater Minion on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Axebane Guardian by tapping it, adding at least two mana of any color Activate Tidewater Minion by tapping it, targeting Axebane Guardian
2. Battlemage's Bracers triggers, causing you to pay to copy Tidewater Minion's ability, targeting Tidewater Minion
3. Resolve both Tidewater Minion abilities, untapping it and Axebane Guardian
4. Repeat
