Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Bastion of Remembrance on the battlefield
• Metamorphosis Fanatic on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Bastion of Remembrance triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Junji
5. When Junji dies, it and Bastion of Remembrance trigger
6. Resolve the Bastion of Remembrance trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
8. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
10. Repeat
