Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Bastion of Remembrance on the battlefield
• Metamorphosis Fanatic on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Bastion of Remembrance triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji
4. When Junji dies, it and Bastion of Remembrance trigger
5. Resolve the Bastion of Remembrance trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life
6. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
7. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
8. Repeat
