Prerequisites

• Historian's Boon on the battlefield
• Rancor in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• You control at least one creature

Steps

1. Cast Rancor by paying , attaching it to any creature you control
2. Rancor enters the battlefield, triggering Historian's Boon's first ability, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature with Rancor attached, adding
4. Rancor leaves the battlefield, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand
5. Repeat
