Prerequisites

• Putrid Goblin on the battlefield
• Captain Kathryn Janeway on the battlefield
• Goblin Chirurgeon on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Goblin Chirurgeon by sacrificing Putrid Goblin When Putrid Goblin dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it
2. When Putrid Goblin enters, Captain Kathryn Janeway triggers, revealing the top card of your library, putting a +1/+1 counter on Putrid Goblin and then putting the card back on top of your library
3. Resolve the Goblin Chirurgeon ability
4. Repeat
