Steps

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Putrid Goblin
2. Putrid Goblin dies
3. Putrid Goblin's persist ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield with no counter, due to Grumgully
4. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment's ability, dealing 1 damage to any target
5. Repeat
