Prerequisites

• Slimefoot, the Stowaway on the battlefield
• Ivy Lane Denizen on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Putrid Goblin on the battlefield
• Putrid Goblin does not have a -1/-1 counter on it
• available

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Putrid Goblin, adding
2. Putrid Goblin dies, triggering its persist ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it
3. Activate Slimefoot by paying , creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token
4. The Saproling enters the battlefield, triggering Ivy Lane Denizen, putting a +1/+1 counter on Putrid Goblin
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding
6. The Saproling dies, triggering Slimefoot, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 1 life
7. Repeat
