Isochron Scepter, Silence, Seedborn Muse, and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir

Prerequisites

• Isochron Scepter on the battlefield
• Silence in exile
• Seedborn Muse on the battlefield
• Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir on the battlefield

Steps

1. On each opponent upkeep activate Isochron Scepter to cast Silence, preventing your opponent from casting spells
2. Seedborn Muse untaps both Isochron Scepter and the mana required to activate it each turn
3. Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir prevents your opponent from playing spells at instant speed before you are able to cast Silence or in response to Silence
