• Volo, Guide to Monsters on the battlefield
• Food Chain on the battlefield
• Aven Surveyor in hand
• You do not control another Bird or Scout or have a Bird or Scout in your graveyard

Steps

1. Cast Aven Surveyor by paying
2. Volo triggers, creating a copy of the Aven Surveyor spell
3. The Aven Surveyor copy enters, triggering itself
4. Holding priority, activate Food Chain by exiling the Aven Surveyor token, adding that can only be spent on creature spells
5. Aven Surveyor enters the battlefield, returning itself to your hand
6. Repeat

Results

• Infinite colored mana that can only be spent to cast creature spells
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite storm count
• Return any number of creatures to their owners' hands
