Prerequisites

• Mortuary on the battlefield
• Narcomoeba on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Narcomoeba
2. Narcomoeba dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Narcomoeba on top of your library from your graveyard
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing you to mill Narcomoeba from the top of your library
4. Narcomoeba triggers, putting itself from your graveyard onto the battlefield
5. Repeat
