Steps
- Activate Hermit Druid by paying and tapping, milling your library
- Nacromoeba triggers, putting itself from the graveyard onto the battlefield
- Play a land
- Bloodghast triggers, returning itself from the graveyard to the battlefield
- Cast Dread Return for its flashback cost by sacrificing three creatures, returning Thassa's Oracle from your graveyard to the battlefield
- When Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to win the game
