Steps

1. Declare The Incredible Hulk and Pugnacious Pugilist as attackers
2. Pugnacious Pugilist triggers, creating a 1/1 Devil creature token
3. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the Devil
4. When the Devil dies, it triggers, dealing 1 damage to The Incredible Hulk
5. The Incredible Hulk triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it, then untapping it and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one
6. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability
7. Repeat each combat phase
