Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Bartolomé del Presidio on the battlefield
• Popular Egotist on the battlefield
• Metamorphosis Fanatic on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Popular Egotist triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
3. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability
4. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Junji
5. When Junji dies, it and Popular Egotist trigger
6. Resolve the Popular Egotist trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
8. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability
10. Repeat
