Steps

1. Cast Rescue Skiff by paying
2. When Rescue Skiff enter the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Sharuum
3. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Rescue Skiff
4. Resolve the Rescue Skiff trigger, returning Sharuum from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. When Sharuum enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Rescue Skiff
6. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Sharuum
7. Resolve the Sharuum trigger, returning Rescue Skiff from your graveyard to the battlefield
8. Repeat from step 2
