Steps

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Nether Traitor
2. When Nether Traitor dies, Anafenza triggers, creating a 2/2 Spirit creature token
3. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability
4. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the Spirit
5. When the Spirit dies, Nether Traitor triggers, causing you to pay to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Kheru Goldkeeper triggers, creating a Treasure token
7. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability
8. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
9. Repeat
