Prerequisites

• Cacophodon on the battlefield
• Rite of Passage on the battlefield
• Pestilence on the battlefield
• You control a permanent that can tap to add
• You have the highest life total

Steps

1. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Pestilence by paying , dealing 1 damage to each creature and each player
3. Cacophodon and Rite of Passage trigger
4. Resolve the Rite of Passage trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
5. Resolve the Cacophodon trigger, untapping the permanent that can produce
6. Repeat

Results

• Infinite damage
• Near-infinite +1/+1 counters
