Steps

1. Activate Triskelavus by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating two creature tokens
2. Activate a Triskelavite token by sacrificing it, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain life
3. Archangel of Thune triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control Activate Thermopod by sacrificing another creature token, adding Repeat from step 1
