Steps

1. Activate Emiel by paying , blinking Boulderbranch Golem
2. Boulderbranch Golem enters the battlefield, causing you to gain six life
3. Cryptic Trilobite triggers, putting six +1/+1 counters on itself
4. Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities
5. Repeat

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite
• Infinite blinking
