Prerequisites

• Hellkite Courser on the battlefield
• Infinite Reflection on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Your commander is in the command zone
• Infinite Reflection attached to Hellkite Courser
• You have enough mana available to cast your commander, including commander tax, if applicable

Steps

1. Cast your commander from the command zone by paying its mana cost plus commander tax, if applicable
2. Your commander enters the battlefield as a copy of Hellkite Courser due to Infinite Reflection, triggering its ability
3. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing your commander
4. Choose to have your commander returned to the command zone from your graveyard
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to your commander's power
6. Resolve the trigger from step 2, returning your commander from the command zone to the battlefield
7. Repeat from step 2
