Steps

1. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying
2. Lord of the Nazgûl triggers, creating a 3/3 Wraith creature token
3. Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to scry 3 and return Mystic Speculation to your hand
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Wraith, adding
