Junji, the Midnight Sky, Phyrexian Altar, Blood Artist, and Karmic Guide

Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Blood Artist on the battlefield
• Karmic Guide on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Karmic Guide
2. When Karmic Guide dies, Blood Artist triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
3. Resolve the Phyrexian Altar ability
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji
5. When Junji dies, it and Blood Artist trigger
6. Resolve the Blood Artist trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
8. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Resolve the Phyrexian Altar ability
10. Repeat
