Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Oathsworn Vampire, adding
2. Pitiless Plunderer and Blood Artist trigger
3. Resolve Pitiless Plunderer's ability, creating a Treasure token
4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
5. Resolve Blood Artist's ability, causing target opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
6. Cast Oathsworn Vampire from your graveyard by paying
7. Repeat
