• Divining Witch does not have summoning sickness
• You have at least one card in hand
• You have a way to draw a card

Steps

1. Activate Divining Witch by paying , tapping it and discarding a card, naming Divining Witch and exiling your library due to it not containing a card named Divining Witch
2. Draw a card, causing you to win the game due to drawing from an empty library

Results

• Exile your library
• Win the game
