Prerequisites

• Kels, Fight Fixer on the battlefield
• Nether Traitor on the battlefield
• Pawn of Ulamog on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Laboratory Maniac on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Nether Traitor, adding
2. Kels and Pawn of Ulamog trigger
3. Resolve the Kels trigger, choosing not to pay
4. Resolve the Pawn of Ulamog trigger, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Eldrazi Spawn, adding
6. Kels and Nether Traitor trigger
7. Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay to draw a card
8. Resolve the Nether Traitor trigger, causing you to pay to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Repeat until you draw from an empty library, causing you to win the game
