Steps

2. Activate Soliton by paying
3. Illusionist's Bracers triggers, copying Soliton's ability
4. Resolve the copy of Soliton's ability, untapping it
5. Activate Soliton by tapping it, adding one mana of any color
6. Resolve Soliton's ability from step 2, untapping it
7. Repeat
