Prerequisites

• Elite Arcanist on the battlefield
• Dramatic Reversal in exile
• Elite Arcanist does not have summoning sickness
• Nonland permanents you control can tap for at least

Steps

1. Activate the nonland permanents by tapping them, adding at least
2. Activate Elite Arcanist by paying and tapping it, copying Dramatic Reversal and casting the copy
3. Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control
4. Repeat
