Steps

1. Declare Delina and Hellkite Charger as attackers, triggering their abilities
2. Resolve the Delina trigger, creating at least one token copy of Dockside Extortionist that is tapped and attacking
3. The Dockside Extortionist token(s) enter the battlefield, creating at least eight Treasure tokens
4. Activate seven Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
5. Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger from step 1, causing you to pay to untap all attacking creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one
6. At the end of your combat phase, the Dockside Extortionist token triggers, exiling itself
7. Repeat each combat phase
