Steps

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying , creating a 1/1 Thopter and a 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature token
2. When the Phyrexian Mite and Thopter enter, Elas il-Kor's first ability triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life
3. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks twice by sacrificing the Phyrexian Mite and Thopter, adding
4. When the Phyrexian Mite and Thopter die, Elas il-Kor's second ability triggers twice, causing each opponent to lose 2 life
5. Repeat
