Prerequisites

• Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim on the battlefield
• Herd Baloth on the battlefield
• Heroic Feast on the battlefield

Steps

1. Gain life
2. Heroic Feast triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token
3. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Elas il-Kor triggers, causing you to gain life
4. Repeat from step 2
