Steps

1. Activate Kaya's +1 loyalty ability to put a Ghostform Counter on Felidar Guardian
2. Sacrifice Felidar Guardian to Altar of Dementia to mill target player 0
3. Felidar Guardian is returned to your hand, and you create a 1/1 Spirit creature token
4. Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
5. Sacrifice the Treasure token for
6. The Spirit dies to having 0 toughness
7. Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
8. Sacrifice the Treasure token for
9. Cast Felidar Guardian for
10. When Felidar Guardian enters the battlefield, exile Kaya and return her to the battlefield
