• Warstorm Surge on the battlefield
• Aether Flash on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Soul Collector by paying
2. When Soul Collector enters the battlefield, Warstorm Surge and Aether Flash trigger
3. Resolve the Warstorm Surge trigger, causing Soul Collector to deal damage to itself equal to its power
4. Resolve the Aether Flash trigger, dealing 2 damage to Soul Collector
5. Soul Collector dies as a state-based action due to having 0 or less toughness
6. Soul Collector triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield
7. Repeat from step 2
