Steps

1. Cast Changeling Hero by paying
2. When Changeling Hero enters the battlefield, it and Warstorm Surge trigger
3. Resolve the Changeling Hero trigger, exiling Bladewing until Changeling Hero leaves the battlefield
4. Resolve the Warstorm Surge trigger, dealing damage to Changeling Hero equal to Changeling Hero's power
5. Changeling Hero dies as a state-based action due to having 0 or less toughness
6. When Changeling Hero dies, it triggers, returning Bladewing from exile to the battlefield
7. When Bladewing enters the battlefield, it and Warstorm Surge trigger
8. Resolve the Warstorm Surge trigger, dealing damage equal to Bladewing's power to any target
9. Resolve the Bladewing trigger, returning Changeling Hero from your graveyard to the battlefield
10. Repeat from step 2
