• Bartolomé del Presidio on the battlefield
• Warstorm Surge on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Soul Collector by paying
2. When Soul Collector enters the battlefield, Warstorm Surge triggers, causing Soul Collector to deal damage to itself equal to its power
3. If an ability from Bartolomé del Presidio is waiting to resolve, let it resolve
4. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Soul Collector
5. When Soul Collector dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
