Steps

1. Cast Donate by paying , giving control of Notion Thief to an opponent
2. During that opponent's draw step, they draw a card
3. Consecrated Sphinx triggers, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief
4. Consecrated Sphinx triggers twice
5. Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief
6. Repeat from step 4 until the opponent loses the game due to drawing from an empty library

Results

• Infinite card draw for target opponent
• Infinite draw triggers for target opponent
• Target opponent loses the game
