Steps

1. Activate Perilous Forays by paying and sacrificing a creature you control, searching your library for a land card with a basic land type and putting it on the battlefield tapped
2. When the land enters the battlefield, Tiller Engine and Thranduil the Strategist trigger
3. Resolve the Tiller Engine trigger, untapping the land that entered
4. Resolve the Thranduil the Strategist trigger, creating a creature token
5. Activate the land by tapping it, adding
6. Repeat

• Put all lands with a basic land type from your library onto the battlefield tapped
