Prerequisites

• Yawgmoth, Thran Physician on the battlefield
• Nest of Scarabs on the battlefield
• Pious Evangel // Wayward Disciple on the battlefield
• Pious Evangel can be on the battlefield transformed
• Your life total is at least 2
• You control at least one additional creature
• There is at least one other creature on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing another creature
2. When the creature dies, Wayward Disciple triggers if it is on the battlefield, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
3. Resolve the Yawgmoth ability, putting a -1/-1 counter on any other creature and causing you to draw a card
4. If the creature who had the counter placed has 0 toughness, it dies as a state-based action
5. Nest of Scarabs triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token
6. When the Insect enters the battlefield, if Pious Evangel triggers if it is on the battlefield, causing you to gain 1 life
7. Repeat until your opponents do not control any more creatures, or until you draw your library
8. If you have cards remaining in your library, you may repeat this combo any time a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control
