Carnifex Demon, Nest of Scarabs, Blowfly Infestation, and Phyrexian Altar

Prerequisites

• Carnifex Demon on the battlefield
• Nest of Scarabs on the battlefield
• Blowfly Infestation on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Carnifex Demon has at least two -1/-1 counters on it
• At least two additional creatures on the battlefield
• available

Steps

1. Acftivate Carnifex Demon by paying and removing a -1/-1 counter from it, putting a -1/-1 counter on each other creature
2. Nest of Scarabs triggers for each counter placed this way, creating at least one 1/1 Insect creature token
3. If any creatures died as a result of the counters being placed, Blowfly Infestation also triggered once for each death, putting a -1/-1 counter on Carnifex Demon and all remaining counters onto any other creature(s)
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing an Insect, adding
5. Repeat

• Infinite -1/-1 counters on all other creatures
• Infinite death triggers
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite sacrifice triggers
