• Goblin Medics on the battlefield
• Earthcraft on the battlefield
• Freed from the Real on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate a basic Island by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping Goblin Medics
3. Goblin Medics triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target
4. Resolve the Earthcraft ability, untapping a basic Island
5. Activate Freed from the Real by paying , untapping Goblin Medics
6. Repeat
